Hope and Healing – Sis. Ernestine Stokes

 

 The Hope and Healing Ministry provides information, education, support and services to members
of our community concerning HIV/AIDS to decrease the number of incidents, particularly among
youth and senior adults. This ministry seeks to encourage and collaborate with individuals, family
members, and friends so that they may have hope, peace and a life fulfilled. The ministry, in
conjunction with Jacques Initiative, provides free HIV Screening on the third Saturday of every other
month beginning in September. City Uprising takes place in June and is a culminating event for the
testing at Payne.
